your absence. At Abi Travel, we offer a range of property-related
management and maintenance services, which you can use on a one-off or
regular basis, or we can put together a tailor-made package to suit your

Property
Management
As part of our
property management services, we can ensure that your property is
checked regularly, both during and outside the season, by our
experienced, reliable staff. We will also collect and pay for utility
bills in your absence, to ensure that utility services are not
interrupted. If, during our checks, we find that anything is amiss, we
can take emergency action where necessary and contact you for further
instructions regarding repairs or replacements.
If you have
guests in your property, whether from your own family or paying guests,
we can arrange transfers and car hire for them, provide welcome grocery
packs, and offer assistance to them throughout their stay. We can
arrange for cleaning to be carried out before and after visits, and for
linen to be taken to the laundry and returned to your property.

With access to a
team of skilled craftsmen, we offer a range of maintenance and building
services, from day-to-day lock-changing, plumbing and electrical repairs
to replacement kitchens and bathrooms, and just about everything in
between.
Any maintenance
project undertaken by Abi Travel is project-managed by our experienced
staff, ensuring that our clients’ specific instructions are carried out
to the letter. Small building projects, such as bathroom and kitchen
replacements, can be undertaken during the winter months to ensure that
your property is ready for use during the summer season.
